0,9% sur fevrier, soit le 5eme mois consecutif de progression
de cet important indicateur de conjoncture, a annonce jeudi a
Paris L'INSEE.

La production manufacturiere concerne l'ensemble de
l'industrie, a l'exception de l'agro-alimentaire et de
l'energie. En incluant ces deux branches, la production
industrielle (hors BTP) affiche une hausse de 0,2% par
rapport a fevrier. Le premier trimestre 1994 se solde par
une progression de 0,7% de l'indice de l'industrie sur le
dernier trimestre 1993 et de 3,7% pour la production

Le constructeur aeronautique americain Boeing a porte plainte
contre Airbus Industrie, accusant le constructeur europeen
d'avoir enfreint l'un de ses brevets qui protege une piece de
l'aile des appareils, a-t-on appris mercredi aupres du Groupe
a Seattle (Etats de Washington).

La plainte, la premiere de Boeing contre son concurrent
europeen, a ete deposee devant des tribunaux en Grande-Bretagne,
en France et en Allemagne, a indique le porte-parole de Boeing,
Paul Binder. L'action intentee en Grande-bretagne vise a
obtenir une injonction judiciaire et de dedommagements, a
souligne M. Binder, ajoutant que les procedures dans les deaux
autres pays etaient differentes mais "fondees en grande partie
sur le meme grief". Trois des quatre pertenaires d'Airbus
Industrie --British Aerospace PCL, Daimler-Benz AG et
Aerospatiale SA-- ont ete cites, de meme que British Asrospace
Limited, a-t-on indique de meme source. Le partenaire espagnol
