Le ministre delegue a la Sante Philippe Douste-Blazy a estime
jeudi devant l'Assemblee nationale ne pouvoir "accepter une sous-
medicalisation" des services d'urgence des hopitaux et plaide
pour "une "nouvelle organisation" de ces derniers.

"Sur les huit millions de personnes" entrant dans un service
d'urgence chaque annee, "une quantite considerable de patients
sont vus par des gens qui n'ont pas de these de medecine", a
indique M. Douste-Blazy. "Nous ne pouvons accepter cette
sous-medicalisation", a-t-il poursuivi estimant qu'il fallait
"une nouvelle organisation" des urgences "pour etre au
rendez-vous de la securite". Le ministre delegue a la Sante a
insiste sur la necessite de distinguer les services d'urgences et
les antennes d'accueil en souhaitant la modification du terme
"antenne", en raison notamment de son "caractere pejoratif".
Pour lutter contre un "systeme hospitalier a deux vitesses", le
ministre a indique que les schemas regionaux d'organisation
sanitaire seraient arretes dans "un cadre concerte".
