(ANSA) - MADRID,19 MAR - Il gruppo tessile italiano
Benetton e quello spagnolo Inditex hanno firmato un accordo
che dovrebbe portare a una joint venture per favorire
l'entrata in Italia del gruppo iberico. Secondo la notizia,
pubblicata da tutti i quotidiani spagnoli, l'accordo riguarda
una delle marche di Inditex: la catena di negozi Zara.
Questa e' gia' presente in dieci paesi con 540 negozi propri,
''ma in Italia - hanno detto fonti dell'azienda - abbiamo
trovat il socio perfetto, che conosce assai bene il mercato e
puo' aiutarci''. Sull'altro versante, fonti di Benetton citate
da ''Expansion'' avrebbero detto: ''Zara e' un concorrente
molto forte, e gia' che ha deciso di entrare in Italia, e'
meglio averlo come socio''. L'anno scorso il gruppo Inditex ha
fatturato 167 miliardi di pesetas, quasi 2.000 miliardi di

(ANSA) - ROMA, 19 MAR - Sono 'circa' 500, ma e'
praticamente impossibile riuscire a scoprire con precisione
quanti siano gli imprenditori italiani che sono andati ad
investire in Albania, o quali siano esattamente i settori in
cui operano. Dall'Istituto per il Commercio con l'Estero, alle
associazioni di industriali, agli stessi imprenditori che sono
rientrati in questi giorni dall'Albania, la risposta e' sempre
la stessa: ''come si fa a quantificare le aziende e sapere i
settori in cui operano in quella situazione?''. Dunque, se e'
vero, che gli albanesi cercano l'America in Italia, come
teorizzava il regista Gianni Amelio, e' ancor piu' vero che
gli imprenditori italiani hanno trovato il 'Far West' in
Albania.
Ma insistendo, alla fine una traccia in grado almeno di
definire per grandi linee i settori piu' 'gettonati' e'
emersa. A fornirla sono le joint-venture siglate dalla Simest
(la finanziaria pubblica che incentiva la presenza economica
nell' est europeo) in Albania, anche se con una percentuale
limitata di aziende italiane rispetto al totale, che comunque
permette di individuare alcuni dei principali rami di
attivita' nei quali operano gli italiani: itticoltura,
servizi, farmaceutico, editoria, edilizia, credito
(un'istituto), alberghiero, calzaturiero (il piu' diffuso) ed
alimentare. Inoltre, si sa che in Albania, come in tutti i
Paesi con manodopera a basso costo, e' molto diffusa
l'attivita' di assemblaggio.(ANSA).
