Cerved is Italy's leading provider of value-added business
information and distributor of official data filed with the Italian
Chambers of Commerce.
CVEN (in English) and CVIT (in Italian) provide complete profiles of
the majority of Italy's joint stock and limited liability companies.
Each company profile contains the basic identifiers - name, address
and telephone number, ISTAT industry classification, tax code and
date of registration - as well as a list of related companies, and a
three-year financial statement drawn up in accordance with European
regulations. Use Cerved to compile mailing lists, get a detailed
account of specific companies, verify names and addresses, compare
company performance, and answer such specific questions as:

- which software companies in Milan have sales over 5 billion
Euro and less than 50 employees?

Information for CVEN and CVIT is drawn from official data recorded
at the Italian Registry of Companies and from financial statements
filed at the Chambers of Commerce. Cerved's archives are updated
every day; each company's financial statement is updated annually,
and the database is completely reloaded on DataStar every quarter.
