Note that ..LIMIT applies to the latest year only.

Financial figures in DNFR are in thousands except ratios and nominal
capital (which is an actual number).

Excluding documents where no data is available:
When using limit options you should first exclude those documents
for which no data is available by using the =NA feature (see example
6/7 above).

How to include/exclude positive and negative figures:
You can also restrict retrieval to those companies with positive or
negative figures by using the =NEGATIVE feature (see example 17/18
above).

US Dollar figures of less than 1:
If a financials figure in local currency is very low, it is possible
that its US Dollar equivalent is less than 1 - e.g.: 0.35. If you
want to search for numbers of less than 1, you should assume that
the figure is zero (DataStar does not recognise figures between 0
and 1):

1_: MALMO.LO.
2_: 1 NOT USPR=NA <-- excluding co's with data not available
3_: ..L 2 USPR=0 <-- companies in Malmo with a profit figure
between USD 0.00-0.99.

A negative is indicated in the display by a minus-sign to the right
of the figure in question.

BE PROVIDED BY D&B TO DATASTAR AND FURNISHED TO YOU WILL
CONTAIN A DEGREE OF ERROR. FINALLY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE

WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE INFORMATION,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITS CORRECTNESS,
COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WITH RESPECT TO THE MEDIA ON WHICH THE
INFORMATION IS PROVIDED AND NEITHER D&B NOR DATASTAR SHALL
BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED,
IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY D&B'S OR DATASTAR'S NEGLIGENT ACTS
OR OMISSIONS IN REPORTING, COMMUNICATING OR DELIVERING THE
INFORMATION, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO YOU.

2. YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER D&B NOR DATASTAR WILL BE LIABLE FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.

3. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING PARAGRAPHS 2 AND 3 ABOVE, LIABILITY CAN
BE IMPOSED ON D&B AND/OR DATASTAR, THEN YOU AGREE THAT D&B'S
AND DATASTAR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IF ANY, FOR ANY AND ALL
LOSSES OR INJURIES TO YOU (AND/OR YOUR CUSTOMER IN THE CASE
OF AN INFORMATION PROFESSIONAL) ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTS OR
OMISSIONS OF D&B AND/OR DATASTAR IN CONNECTION WITH ANYTHING
TO BE DONE OR FURNISHED HEREUNDER, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE
OF THE LOSS OR INJURY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) AND REGARDLESS
OF THE EQUITABLE RIGHT CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN VIOLATED, SHALL
NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES
FURNISHED HEREUNDER DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTH PERIOD
OR US$ 5,000.- EQUIVALENT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, AND YOU
COVENANT AND PROMISE THAT YOU WILL NOT SUE D&B AND/OR
